Ted Broman, President and CEO
Ted Broman has created several multimillion-dollar businesses. He was a Managing Director of two $30-million venture capital pre-IPO funds for Red Rock Capital. He grew Financial Freedom Report, Inc., a sales and marketing company where he served as Chairman and CEO, to annual revenues of over $120 million in less than one year. Ted was President of MG Technologies, Inc., a technology incubator and holding company. Several of its holdings were successfully funded and/or sold including The Windsor Casket Company, which Ted sold to Mity-Lite; he then went to work for Mity-Lite to manage their investment. Ted is the founder of Health Connect, a healthcare software solutions provider to insurance companies and private practice.
Before assuming roles in executive leadership, Ted worked in sales and marketing, where he created and managed multiple million-dollar marketing campaigns as well as managed sales forces of up to 100 people. In less than four years, Ted increased sales at FreCom Communications from $5 million to more than $100 million. He graduated from the University of Utah with a BA in Accounting. He also earned an MBA from the University of Utah, where he returned as a teacher in their MBA program as well teaching in the MBA program at the University of Phoenix.
He is married with five children. He spends his time with family and in his other business enterprises. He owns Conduit (conduit1.com) and Health Connect (healthconex.com).
Robert P. Glance, Director, Special Operations
Rob is charged to develop, manage and support the operations for IntegraCore. This includes Fufillment, Manufacturing, and Information Technologies.
Prior to IntegraCore, Rob was engaged as the IT Director for KeyStone Learning Systems where he researched and implemented a full scale ERP system. He led multiple efficiency projects that led KeyStone to the top of their industry.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Business and Information Technologies. He also is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and holds several other technical certifications. “I believe in the principal taught by a good friend of mine, that is: Applied knowledge is power. I always look forward to learning something new.”
Rob enjoys spending time with his four children and wonderful wife. He also enjoys technical volunteer work for the IRS, maintaining their computer systems for VITA. He is an avid Scouter, helping the youth learn the values and principals taught by The Boy Scouts of America
David Maughan, Director Client Services and Sales Engineering
David Maughan has a diversity of experience in several leading companies across several industries. He was the East Coast SMB Sales Manager for Altiris prior to its acquisition by Symantec. Prior to Altiris he was the President & CEO for Paradigm Network Services a fiber optics company based in Washington State. During the previous 11 years he was the International Sales Director for Advance Fiber Optics, Inc and helped establish AFO as the leader in GIS based Fiber Management Systems. Landing such companies as AT&T, Comcast, Comcast Cable, and Time Warner Cable while developing new lines of business in Data Conversion and fiber Splicing. Prior to AFO, David was an Air Traffic Controller for the United States Air Force stationed at Hill AFB, UT where he was named the Airman of the Year for 1992, and was the top graduate from the Airman Leadership School earning the John L. Levitow award. p>
He graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Florida with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering. He also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
He is married with three children. And enjoys golf, skiing, fly fishing, basketball, cycling and hiking.
Rex Ballou, Director, Client Relations
Rex joined IntegraCore in 1998 as Plant Manager. He derived his expertise from a variety of responsibilities in diverse businesses. His resume includes: cargo and customer service manager at Continental Airlines, Senior Distribution Manager at Modus Media in Lindon, Utah, and General Manager of The Cabinet Connection, a commercial mill and store fixture manufacturing company in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rex is an expert at meeting the needs of clients because he understands them.
At IntegraCore, he has introduced and implemented: 1) an MRP system that tracks parts and finished goods inventories to an over 99.7% accuracy; 2) a state-of-the-art, real time radio frequency driven distribution system and business to business e-commerce model that enables customers to view their orders real time, inventory, and shipment disposition.
Rex completed his undergraduate work at the University of Utah and BYU and received his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is the father of four sons and a very proud grandfather. He has served as a Varsity Scout Coach for over 25 years and still enjoys competitive softball with his sons.
Kelly Sobotka, Director, Key Accounts
Kelly's exceptional expertise and fun outgoing personality stems from some significant accomplishments from previous companies. Before IntegraCore, Kelly worked for Fonix Corporation - Salt Lake City, UT as the Senior National Account Manager where he managed all aspects of the sales effort worldwide based on a specific vertical market. While he was there he helped revamp the company's go-to-market focus. Other key contributions while there included:
- Helped increase sales revenue over 250%
- Closed 7 corporate revenue deals totaling over 4 million dollars in revenue that included companies like: Siebel Systems, Motorola, Texas Instruments and Sun Microsystems
- Expanded sales operations within 6 European countries and Asia (Japan and Korea)
Before Fonix Corporation, Medical Innovations enjoyed Kelly's talents while he worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing. He was responsible for all aspects of the business which included; strategic alliances, business development, revenue performance and go to market strategy in the dental products market. Kelly graduated from Utah Valley State College in December 1999 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications. His ongoing passion for learning has been an influence to those around him.
Kelly is also actively involved in many youth sports programs and community groups.
Doug Ferrell - Director, Sales
Doug came to IntegraCore with over 12 years of experience in Sales Management where he was extremely effective at opening and expanding the growth in new territories and increasing company revenues. He owned and operated D & M Reps, a Sales and Marketing firm for over 10 years. He has had 7 years experience in government contract management working with the On Site Inspection Agency (OSIA) and foreign diplomats from the former Soviet Union. He graduated from the University of New York with a BS in Sociology in 1992. He served eight years in the Utah Air National Guard, honorable discharge. He has been married to his wife Michelle for over 20 years and they have five children. He enjoys all types of athletics and being in the outdoors.
