IntegraCore traces its roots back to a spare room of a small duplex in Salt Lake City in 1987. There it began duplicating floppy diskettes with the most state-of-the-art equipment available at the time. The founders incorporated as Floppy Copy, Inc. in 1988 and moved the budding operation into a much larger space-the basement of a home. Early growth came as the company fulfilled all the software manufacturing needs of another Utah startup and technology-based success story, Megahertz Corporation.

Between 1989 and 1996, in order to keep pace with the growing demands of clients such as USRobotics, 3Com, Palm Computing and Franklin Covey, Floppy Copy moved its operation four times-from 1,600 square feet in a small strip mall to a 38,000 square foot facility located just a few minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. These and other clients have demanded and come to rely heavily on the company’s project management expertise, packaging automation, IT infrastructure, and its 99.7 percent on-time delivery as achieved during a growth period in which it manufactured and delivered more than one million packages in a single month!

Yet despite all the square footage, the advanced computer hardware and software systems, and the modern packaging equipment, the key to the company’s past as well as its future success, lies in its people. As evidenced by its new name, IntegraCore, the people here make decisions based on a core set of values including integrity, respect, trust, fairness, and a hard work ethic in order to provide world-class service to its clients.
