What's Included in Our Returns Processing Service?

IntegraCore Fulfillment will process and track your customer returns quickly and efficiently. Once the returned parcel arrives at our facility, we will process it within 3 business days. We will visually inspect returned items to determine if they have been opened, damaged, or expired. Then we'll log the following return information into our online order management system:

  • Original customer order number, if available
  • Customer name
  • Item ID(s)
  • Quantity returned
  • Disposition (e.g., opened, damaged, refused, exchange, etc.)

All unopened resaleable inventory is returned back to stock via an inventory tracking license plate and is immediately available for fulfilling other orders. All opened, damaged or expired inventory is placed on “Damaged” hold. IntegraCore Fulfillment will provide return disposition data via our reporting tools.

What We Need from You - the Expectations

The original customer order must be on the box to ensure proper reconciliation; if one is not available, we will process the order referencing customer name on the returned parcel.

Exclusions

  • Any custom returns or refurbishing processing.
  • Monitoring the quantity of returned items.

IntegraCore Fulfillment is not responsible for any carrier charges for undeliverable or refused parcels due to original order address errors.
